• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain on the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.
