• Check-in is available from 2 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;
• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, replacement of linens can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning service is only performed at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full name and CPF of all accompanying guests up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.
