Accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed, sofa bed, and equipped kitchen, ensuring comfort, convenience, and an excellent location in João Pessoa.

• Check-in from 2 PM and check-out until 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - prior request is required;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is only performed at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing can stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as any fines applied during the reservation.
