• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bed linen will not be changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a kitchen towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to replace the linen, this can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests require additional cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (this includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the building and neighborhood, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.
