Check-in time after 2pm and Check-out time until 12pm. Outside these times, check conditions with our team. 4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with the recommendation of third parties. 5. We do not carry out daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices on request. 6. Use of the Garage - Available for 5 vehicles. Enter the license plate, model and color. If you are renting a car, the information can be provided on the day of check-in. 8. PARTIES are not allowed in the property. 9. Respect quiet hours from 10pm until 8am. Subject to fine - R$ 10,000.00 established by the regulatory body. 10. VISITORS ENTRY IS NOT ALLOWED. 11. Pets are allowed upon request. 12. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00. 13. The maximum capacity of the property is 14 guests (including children) - Children aged 0 to 11 - Adults from 12 years old 14. The barbecue is charcoal. We have skewers, grills and utensils. - We do not supply coal. 16. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. 17. Pool cleaning is included in the reservation and if treatment is required, the guest must notify our team or contact the caretaker directly. 18. It is prohibited to remove any item or change the layout of the rooms or any other environment. PEOPLE CAPACITY Maximum capacity in accommodation is 14 people, with excesses not permitted. Under no circumstances will people above the established capacity be allowed, and the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request to leave the property and consider a breach of contract without refunding the amount paid; DELIVERY OF THE KEYS Handover of the keys and presentation of the property will be carried out by the caretakers. Everything will be aligned during the pre-check in with our team. PET POLICY

We accept trained, well-behaved pets. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed with prior confirmation. Large pets (over 25 kg) or pit bulls are not allowed, regardless of size.

SURVEY

The property will be inspected by our operational team both at check-in and check-out, creating an inventory of photos that will be attached to the reservation. For logistical reasons, the inspection will not always be in person and the inventory can be requested from our team at any time after entry. We recommend that the guest analyze the inspection/inventory to avoid any disagreements. CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES 1. Turn off lights, TVs and air conditioning. Don't need it Turn off the refrigerator and freezer. 2. Remove trash from the house (kitchen, bathroom and deck). Place wrapped trash in the garage located at the back of the house. 3. Wash the dishes (no need to dry and/or store) 4. If you have wet clothes, leave them hanging. 5. When leaving through the main gate, close it or notify the caretaker of your exit.
