• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, depending on availability and subject to an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have linen replaced, it can be requested for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning included in the rate is performed only upon check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the property.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay on the property, with no rotation or replacement of guests during the stay.
