The 22 m² apartment at Way Bossa comfortably accommodates up to two guests and features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, and a compact, fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Enjoy Bessa Beach in a comfortable, practical, and cozy space designed with your well-being in mind.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• There is no change of bed linens during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

• The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning service and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.

• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

• Equipped kitchen: Kitchen with cooktop, duplex frost-free refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cabinets, dishes, cutlery, and pans—everything you need to prepare your meals comfortably.
• Modern bathroom: With hot water, towels, glass shower box, and mirror, for greater convenience.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
