• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation;

• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests wish for extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
