• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

Enjoy the Serra de Mulungu in a practical and comfortable house with plenty of space for family and friends. The 310m² house offers an excellent structure with Wi-Fi, parking, garden, swimming pool, fireplace in the living room, barbecue, an incredible view and can accommodate up to eleven (11) people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. The property also has an 800-meter trail that ends at a stunning viewpoint and a chapel. All this, with easy access to the main roads and in a perfect location for going to the center, bars and restaurants of the beautiful city.

72 hours before check-in, guests must provide their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). Access instructions will then be sent, such as door passwords and parking space information (when available).
