• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are possible depending on availability and for an additional fee.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation, subject to prior request;

• There is no bed linen change during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, replacement of the linen can be requested for an additional charge, and the request must be made in advance.

• The included cleaning service is performed only at check-out. If extra cleaning is desired during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.

• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, streamlined check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spot and no reservation possible).
