The accommodation features a queen bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, equipped kitchen, and full bathroom with hot water. The condo offers a pool, gym, furnished outdoor areas, bike rental, shared laundry, elevator, and rotating parking, providing comfort, convenience, and an excellent seaside location.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no linen change during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to replace the linen set, this can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If guests require extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.
