Located beachfront in Jardim Oceania, this studio accommodates up to 2 guests and offers comfort and convenience for your stay in João Pessoa. It features a queen bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, equipped kitchen, and full bathroom. The building offers direct beach access, swimming pool, gym, furnished outdoor areas, bike rental, shared laundry, elevator, and rotating parking in one of the city's prime areas.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - with prior request;

• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, replacement of the linen set can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If guests want extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing can stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.

• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or with less than 72 hours' notice, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
