Accommodates up to 3 guests with a queen and a single bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, and dining table. Enjoy a private hot tub for relaxation, ensuring comfort just minutes from the town center.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bed linen will not be changed during your stay. The linen provided includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an extra fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is only performed at check-out. If guests want extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, and guest rotation or substitution during the stay is not permitted.
• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

• Equipped kitchen: ideal for preparing quick meals during your stay, with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, sink, cabinets, as well as blender, toaster, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery.
• Bathroom: a functional space equipped with a glass shower stall, mirror, as well as a hairdryer and a bidet shower.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned spaces and no possibility of reservation). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full names and identification numbers of all companions at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
