The building provides direct beach access, pool, gym, furnished outdoor areas, bike rental, shared laundry, elevator, and rotating parking in one of João Pessoa’s best areas.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
