The sophisticated 240 m² house in the Summerville Condominium accommodates up to twelve (12) guests, has a 3.60m x 1.70m private pool with hydromassage and also offers an excellent structure with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking and many other amenities to add to your stay. Enjoy Cumbuco Beach in a comfortable, spacious and cozy house.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

However, it's worth noting that there are additional extra fees, such as:

Security deposit: R$ 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;

72 hours before check-in, guests must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). Access instructions will then be sent, such as passwords for the doors and/or parking space information (if available).
