Accommodates up to 3 guests, with a queen bed, extra bed, and equipped kitchen, offering comfort, convenience, and an excellent location in João Pessoa.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is only carried out at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines applied during the reservation.
