• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - subject to prior request;
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (which includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests specified in the listing may stay in the property, and there is no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
