Modern studio at Way Tambaú, just 250m from Busto Tamandaré and steps from the beach, between Tambaú and Cabo Branco. The building offers a rooftop pool, gym, and 24-hour reception. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a king bed and equipped kitchen, providing comfort and an excellent location in João Pessoa.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The initial set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, a linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and requests must be made in advance.
• Cleaning included is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without the possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

Note: The Way Tambaú condominium charges additional fees for the use of some areas and common items, as follows:

- Gourmet area: R$ 80.00
- Set of beach chair + umbrella: R$ 15.00
- Bicycle: R$ 10.00 per hour

If the booking is made on the same day of check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
