The apartment at Way Tambaú sleeps up to two (2) guests comfortably and has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and an equipped kitchenette to complete your experience. Enjoy Tambaú Beach in a practical, cozy apartment designed just for you.
• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation—prior request required;
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
NOTE: The Way Tambaú condominium charges additional fees for the use of some common areas and items, as follows:
- Barbecue: R$ 50.00
- Gourmet space: R$ 80.00
- Set of beach chair + umbrella: R$ 15.00
- Bicycle: R$ 10.00 per hour
The building has a 24-hour reception and easy check-in/checkout. There is also a rotating parking lot on site (parking without a marked space and without the possibility of a reservation). Please check availability when you arrive.
