The 150 m² house accommodates up to six (6) guests and offers an excellent structure with balcony, Wi-Fi, barbecue, parking, air conditioning, sea view, TV, private bathroom, equipped kitchen and other amenities to add to your stay. • Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and guest information (full name and CPF).

After that, access instructions will be sent, including door codes and parking space codes (when available).

• Security Deposit: R$ 600.00 (six hundred reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;
