We remind you that your reservation is for a vacation rental apartment.

Check-in time is after 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Outside these hours, please check conditions with our team.

We do not offer room service and do not serve any type of meals or breakfast. However, we can assist with third-party recommendations.

We do not provide daily cleaning. If you wish to hire this service, we can arrange it. Prices upon request.

Bed and bath linens are available for guests (quantity according to the reservation). We do not replace bed/bath linens during the stay. If you wish this service, we can provide it. Prices upon request.

The property has 01 (ONE) numbered parking space.

PARTIES are not allowed in the apartment or in the condominium.

Please respect QUIET HOURS from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music is also not allowed during the day. Subject to condominium fines.

VISITORS are not allowed.

Pets are allowed.

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Subject to a cleaning fine of R$ 1,000.00.

The maximum capacity of the property is 04 guests (including children)

- Children from 0 to 11 years old

- Adults from 12 years old

PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SHOOTS using professional cameras are not allowed inside the condominium.

Gas is provided by the property.

Water, toilet paper, dish detergent, and sponge are provided only at check-in.

The condominium provides an elevator.

The condominium has a Restaurant.

The apartment has a washing machine.

Event areas, such as the Party Room, restaurant area, and similar spaces, are for the exclusive use of owners and are not available to guests.

Hanging clothes on balcony and window railings is not allowed, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

Decorating balconies and windows or moving furniture from its original location is not allowed, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

The maximum vehicle speed inside the condominium is 20 KM/h, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

The property does not have a barbecue, but it does have an air fryer.

We use an electronic lock to access the property. The access code will be sent close to the check-in time.

COMMON AREAS SCHEDULE

Pool – Every day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Gym – First come, first served, according to occupancy rules from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Sauna – First come, first served, according to occupancy rules from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM

CAPACITY OF PEOPLE

The maximum capacity is 04 people, with no possibility of additional guests.

BED CONFIGURATION

Suite: Queen-size bed + air conditioning

Living room: Double sofa bed

POOL USE

The use of glass bottles and glass cups is prohibited throughout the pool area; disposable items are recommended;

PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, gatherings, birthdays, or any type of event be allowed. The management may conduct inspections without prior notice, request guests to leave the property, and consider it a breach of contract with no refund of the amount paid.

FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security Deposit – Damages / Rule Violations – R$ 0.00

Deposit refund up to 72 hours after check-out.

Cleaning Fee

The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized, and with washed bed and bath linens. At check-out, we ask that the property be returned in similar conditions.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION – Use in moderation

Electricity is included in the accommodation rate, but we encourage conscious consumption. Therefore, we ask guests to use the air conditioner only when they are in the room and when it is really necessary. Always check before leaving the apartment.

PET INFORMATION

Your pet is accepted in this property as long as it is trained and has calm behavior. We will be happy to welcome you to our pet-friendly units. Please note that small and medium-sized pets are only allowed upon confirmation with our team. Large pets are not allowed, meaning those over 25 kg, as well as Pitbull dogs regardless of size.

PARKING SPACE

The property has 01 (ONE) numbered parking space.

FRONT DESK / CONDOMINIUM ACCESS

The front desk operates 24 hours. Identification is required for access authorization. Wearing the identification wristband provided by the condominium is mandatory.

In case of non-return at check-out, a fine of R$ 30 will be applied.

INSPECTION

The property will be inspected by our operational team at both check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory that will be attached to the reservation. Due to logistics, the inspection may not always be in person, and the inventory may be requested from our team at any time after check-in. We recommend that guests review the inspection/inventory to avoid any discrepancies.

CHECK-OUT PENALTIES AND GUIDELINES

We won’t need to get to this, right? ;)

Failure to remove trash: R$ 50 per trash bin.

Leaving the air conditioner on: R$ 60 per unit.

Leaving the barbecue on: R$ 200.

Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.

Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry or put away): R$ 80.

If linens/towels are wet, leave them hanging.

Please do not take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative items, and linens.

OBS: A fine will be applied or the security deposit will be withheld if the property is returned in unfavorable conditions.
