The complex offers pools, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, game room, coworking space, children's playground, panoramic terrace, parking, and 24-hour reception, combining comfort, leisure, and convenience.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Fully equipped kitchen: Functional and integrated into the space, it has cabinets, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, and cutlery, offering convenience for preparing meals during your stay.
• Bathroom: Functional space equipped with countertop, cabinets, and mirror, ensuring organization and comfort for guests.

To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full names and identification numbers of all accompanying guests at least 72 hours in advance. If booking is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
