• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation.
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen provided includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to replace the linen set, this can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Cleaning included is only performed at check-out. If guests require extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (which includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing can stay at the property; no rotation or substitution is permitted during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines issued during the reservation period.
