APARTMENT RULES

1. we remind you that your reservation is for a holiday apartment.

2. Documentation required to register with Carpediem Homes:

a) Person responsible for the booking (Photo or Copy)

- ID or functional class ID + CPF or just the Driver's License CNH

- Up-to-date proof of residence

- Telephone, E-mail and Profession

b) Other guests (Photo or Copy)

- ID card or Driver's License CNH

- Accompanied minor - ID or birth certificate or passport

- Unaccompanied Minor - ID or Birth Certificate or Passport + Authorization from Guardian (request model form)

c) Foreigners (Photo or Copy)

- DNI / RUT / Passport

- Address, Telephone, E-mail and Profession

3. Check-in time after 2pm and Check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, please check with our team.

4. We don't have room service and we don't serve any kind of meal or breakfast. We can, however, help with third-party recommendations.

5. We do not do daily cleaning. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

6. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to booking). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

7. The property has 02 (two) parking spaces.

8. Parties are not allowed in the property or in the condominium.

9. Respect the QUIET hours from 10pm to 8am, and no loud music is allowed during the day. Subject to a fine from the condominium.

10. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN.

11. Small pets are allowed.

12. No smoking inside the property. Subject to a cleaning fine - R$ 1,000.00.

13. The maximum capacity of the property is 06 guests (including children)

- Children from 0 to 11 years old

- Adults aged 12 and over

15. Gas is supplied by the property.

17. The condominium does not have an elevator.

18. The resort has a restaurant.

19. The areas for events, such as the Party Room, restaurant space and the like, are for the exclusive use of the owners and cannot be made available to renters.

20. It is not permitted to put clothes out on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

21. It is not allowed to decorate the balconies and windows or move furniture from the area, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

22. The maximum speed for vehicles traveling within the condominium is 20KM/h, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

23. The property has a portable charcoal barbecue.

24. The resort has a washing machine.

ACCOMMODATION LAYOUT

Suite 1: queen bed + air conditioning

Bedroom 2: double bed + single bed + air conditioning

Bedroom 3: double bed + single bed + air conditioning

USE OF COMMUNAL AREAS - Included in your stay:

- Swimming pools

- Access to the beach from the condominium.

- Beach tennis court (on the beach front)

- Games room (pool, foosball and ping-pong).

- Children's playground.

- Tennis court.

- Soccer field.

- Restaurant from *Friday to *Sunday and *Holidays.

*Depending on low and high season, check with the resort reception.

- 24-hour security and access control.

COMMON AREA OPENING HOURS

- Swimming pool - Every day 8am - 6pm

- Gym - Order of arrival, according to occupancy rules 8am - 10pm

- Sauna - Order of arrival, according to occupancy rules 8am - 10pm

CAPACITY OF PEOPLE

Maximum capacity is 8 people and there is no possibility of adding more.

POOL USE

The use of glass bottles and glasses is forbidden in the entire pool area; the use of disposable cups is recommended;

PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get-togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the management company may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request that the property be vacated and consider a breach of contract without refunding the amount paid;

FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

* Security Deposit - Damages/Breakage of Rules -

- Refund of security deposit up to 72 hours after check-out.

* Cleaning Fee - R$ 310,00

- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and washed (bed and bath). We ask that the property be delivered in a similar condition upon departure.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION - Use sparingly

Energy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscious consumption, so we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your home, check it.

INFORMATION ABOUT PETS

Small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed if confirmed by our staff. Large animals are not allowed, i.e. those over 25 kilos and Pitbulls regardless of size.

PENALTIES AND CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES

we won't have to get into that, right? ;)

- Failure to take out the garbage: R$50 per garbage can.

- Leaving the air conditioning on: R$ 60 per unit.

- Leaving the barbecue on: R$ 200.

- Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.

- Leaving dishes in the sink (no need to dry/save): R$ 80

- If you have wet clothes/towels, leave them out.

We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects and trousseau.

NOTE: A fine will be applied or the security deposit withheld if the property is delivered in an unfavorable condition.

Broken or lost something during your stay? Don't worry, accidents happen! We will certainly be able to resolve the incident, but please contact us in such cases. That way, we can inform you about specific fees and procedures.

- Your feedback on our services is very important.

ATTENTION: No visitors allowed, only the maximum guest capacity.

ATTENTION 2: No guest changes are allowed during the stay. Only the people registered at check-in may remain in the property.
