Beach Class Meireles combines comfort, modernity, and a prime location in the heart of Fortaleza. Just a few meters from Beira-Mar, the building offers a pool and gym with sea views, coworking space, gourmet area, and mini market. The 40m² studio is new, stylishly decorated in a clean design, and accommodates up to 2 guests, featuring a full kitchen, balcony with city view, and all amenities for a practical and pleasant stay.

• Check-in from 2 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - upon prior request;
• Bed linen is not changed during your stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as dishcloths and floor cloths. If you wish, the linen set can be replaced for a fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Cleaning is only included at check-out. If guests wish to have extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the ad may stay at the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

- The building is new, and some neighboring units are still being finished. There may be construction noise during business hours, but this is temporary and common in newly delivered buildings. Thank you for your understanding!

NOTICE

Starting from 11/03/2026, the installation of equipment for facade cleaning of the units will take place, with access from the building’s rooftop. The services will run until 12/04/2026, including equipment removal and any necessary adjustments.

- Please note that on December 31st, the rooftop, gym, and pool will be open until 4:00 pm, and will reopen on January 1st from 9:00 am.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in and check-out, and one parking space per apartment. To receive the access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and companion details (full name and ID number) at least 72 hours before check-in. If the reservation is made on the same day or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after the booking is confirmed.

Apartment Rules

1. This is a short-term rental property, not a hotel service.

2. Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. For different times, please contact our team in advance.

3. We do not offer room service, breakfast, or meals. However, we can recommend local service providers.

4. Daily cleaning is not provided. If you would like this service, it can be arranged at an additional cost.

5. Bed linen and towels are available (quantity according to your reservation). Changes during your stay are not included but can be requested for an extra fee.

6. The property includes 1 (one) rotating parking space.

7. Parties are not allowed inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building.

8. Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud sounds are not allowed at any time. Fines may apply if disturbed.

9. Visitors are not allowed.

10. Pets are allowed (please check conditions below).

11. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A R\$ 1,000.00 cleaning fee will be charged if violated.

12. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests (including children):

13. Professional photo shoots with cameras are not allowed in the building’s common areas.

14. Cooking gas is provided by the property.

15. Water, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge are provided only at check-in.

17. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer, but the building offers a shared laundry room.

18. Event areas (party room, restaurant space, etc.) are for property owners only and not available to guests.

19. Hanging clothes over balcony rails or windows is prohibited. A R\$ 500.00 fine applies.

20. Decorating balconies or windows and moving furniture from its original place is not allowed. Fine: R\$ 500.00.

21. Maximum vehicle speed inside the building is 20 km/h. Fine: R\$ 500.00.

22. The apartment uses an electronic door lock. Access code will be provided close to check-in time.

We accept small and medium-sized pets that are trained and calm, upon prior confirmation. Large pets (over 25 kg) and pit bull breeds (regardless of size) are not allowed.

### Inspection

Our team will inspect the apartment at check-in and check-out, creating a photo inventory linked to your reservation. The inspection may be done in person or remotely. The inventory can be requested at any time after check-in. We recommend reviewing the photos to avoid discrepancies.

### Penalties and Check-out Guidelines

(We hope there’s no need for any of these!)

* Leaving trash inside: R\$ 50.00 per bin.

* Leaving air conditioning on: R\$ 60.00 per unit.

* Leaving the air fryer on: R\$ 200.00.

* Smoking inside the apartment: R\$ 200.00.

* Leaving dirty dishes: R\$ 80.00 (no need to dry or put away, just wash).

* Wet linen/towels: please leave them hanging.

Important:

Do not take any items from the apartment (appliances, decor, or linen).

If the apartment is left in poor condition, a fine or deduction from the deposit may apply.
