• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

The 130m² apartment accommodates up to twelve (12) people, and also has a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. The condominium is located in Porto das Dunas, Aquiraz, with easy access via CE-025, about 25 km from Fortaleza International Airport and the bus station. The site has free parking (on site or in the surrounding area) and is well served by transportation apps. Although there is public transportation in the area, using your own car or an app is more recommended for greater convenience.
