Tabatinga Beach is located on the south coast of Paraíba and is one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in the region. Located about 35 km from João Pessoa, the beach enchants visitors with its crystal-clear waters, colorful cliffs and unspoiled environment. The beach is surrounded by cliffs, which offer stunning views and form small coves with calm waters, ideal for swimming. The meeting of the Mucatu River with the sea creates a paradisiacal setting, where visitors can bathe in both fresh and salt water. The infrastructure in Tabatinga is simple but welcoming, with a few beach huts offering typical Paraiba cuisine.

The property is located on Tabatinga Beach, about a 40-minute drive from downtown João Pessoa, with easy access via the PB-008 highway. Although there are bus lines that pass near the area, using your own car or a ride-hailing app is recommended for greater convenience.
