• Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and must be requested in advance.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If extra cleaning is desired during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may remain on the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.
