• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a kitchen towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to have the linens exchanged, it is possible for an extra fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning included is provided only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, a new fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may stay on the property, with no rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines applied during the reservation.
• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable for use. Access is restored on Tuesdays.

For reservations made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, information must be submitted immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
