• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• There is no change of bed linens during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an extra fee, and requests should be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay on the property, and guest rotation or replacement during the stay is not permitted.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.

In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
