Sítio Pandora - Interior of Minas by Carpediem

Located about 40 km from Belo Horizonte, Sítio Pandora offers comfort and is perfect for those seeking leisure and quality time. It features a scenic viewpoint, living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and five suites: three in the main house and two in the chalet. There are five king-size beds, three single mattresses, and one double, comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests.

# IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM;
• It is necessary to inform the estimated arrival time;
• Electricity fee: R$ 1.30 per kWh consumed or R$ 140.00 per day, charged separately from the total reservation amount;
• Security deposit of R$ 800.00, paid on the day of check-in, in cash or via Pix, refunded on the day of check-out, provided that no damage to the property is found;
• Cleaning fee: R$ 450.00;
• Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas of the property;
• Parking available for up to 10 vehicles;
• Bedding included in the stay. Towels are provided for an additional charge;

# PET POLICY

• Animals from 0 to 25 kg: R$ 50.00 per pet;
• Animals from 26 to 90 kg: R$ 80.00 per pet.

These amounts must be paid at check-in or may be deducted from the security deposit.

# ABOUT THE CLEANING FEE

The cleaning fee refers to the delivery of the property sanitized, organized, and with all bed linen properly washed. We request that, at check-out, the property is returned in similar condition to when you arrived.

Note: A R$ 200.00 fine will be applied, or the amount will be deducted from the security deposit, if the property is returned in inadequate condition.

# CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

• All trash must be properly bagged to avoid attracting insects;
• All used dishes must be washed;
• Check if all air conditioning units have been turned off.

# ACCOMMODATION RULES

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property.
• Swapping guests during the stay is not permitted. Only the people registered at check-in are allowed to remain at the property.

# OPTIONAL SERVICES (additional cost)

• Hiring a cleaner for cleaning services;
• Cook service for preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a menu chosen by the guests.
