• We kindly ask that you preserve the themed decoration and maintain the magic of the Harry Potter theme by not removing, damaging, or altering any decoration items in the studio, so that all guests can enjoy the same immersive and enchanting experience during their stay.

• Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation – prior request required;

• There is no linen change during the stay. The linen provided includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• The included cleaning is only performed at check-out. If guests would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).

• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.

• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as any fines incurred during the reservation.

- The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (with no reserved spaces). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
