Beach Haus - Triple in Bessa by Carpediem

Beach Haus is a newly built development on the seafront of Bessa Beach in João Pessoa. The building has modern, sophisticated architecture, 24-hour reception and extremely well-designed common areas for your day-to-day life with us. During your stay you can enjoy the rooftop swimming pool and keep up with your workouts in our fully-equipped gym. If you need to work, you can count on a complete coworking space with Wi-Fi throughout the common area. The building also has a shared laundry room and a playroom.

The 23,04 m² apartament has a well-planned space and can comfortably accommodate up to three (3) guests. The accommodation has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and an equipped kitchenette to complete your experience. Enjoy Bessa Beach in a practical, cozy apartment designed just for you.

- The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
