# APARTMENT RULES

0. It is necessary to send a selfie of all guests for facial registration.
1. Please note that your reservation is for a vacation apartment.
2. Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. For requests regarding different times, please contact our team in advance.
3. We do not offer room service, meals, or breakfast. However, we can recommend partner service providers.
4. Daily housekeeping is not included. If desired, this service can be hired separately, subject to additional charges.
5. Bed linens and towels are provided according to the number of guests in the reservation. We do not replace them during the stay; however, this service can be hired separately, subject to additional charges.
6. The condominium offers 08 rotating parking spaces.
7. Parties or events are not allowed inside the apartment or in the condominium's common areas.
8. Quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music or excessive noise is not allowed at any time, and guests may be subject to condominium fines.
9. Visitors are not allowed.
10. Pets are allowed according to the conditions described in these rules.
11. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a cleaning fee of R$ 1,000.00.
12. The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 2 guests, including children.

• Children: 0 to 11 years old.
• Adults: 12 years old and above.

13. Professional photo shoots using professional cameras are not allowed in the condominium's common areas.
14. Gas is provided by the property.
15. Water, toilet paper, dish detergent, and a sponge are provided only upon check-in.
16. The condominium has an elevator.
17. The condominium does not have a restaurant.
18. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer.
19. Event areas, such as the party room and restaurant area, among others, are exclusively for owners and are not available to guests.
20. Hanging clothes on balcony railings or windows is prohibited. Subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.
21. Decorating balconies and windows or moving furniture is prohibited. Subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.
22. The maximum speed allowed for vehicles inside the condominium is 20 km/h. Subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.
23. The apartment does not have a barbecue grill but is equipped with an AirFryer.

# GUEST CAPACITY

• The maximum capacity is 02 people, with the possibility of adding one extra guest.

# BED ARRANGEMENTS

• Suite: queen-size bed, air conditioning, and hot shower.
• Extra guest fee: 30% of the current daily rate.

# POOL RULES

• Opening hours: from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Glass bottles and glasses are prohibited in the pool area. The use of disposable containers is recommended.

# PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

• The maximum occupancy must always be respected. Under no circumstances are parties, gatherings, birthdays, or similar events allowed. The management may conduct inspections without prior notice, request the property to be vacated, and consider it a breach of contract without refund of any amounts paid.

# FEES AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

• Security deposit (damages and/or violation of rules): R$ 0.00. — The deposit refund will be processed within 72 hours after check-out.
• Cleaning fee: R$ 135.00. — This fee covers the delivery of the apartment clean, organized, and with sanitized linens. We kindly ask that the apartment be left in conditions similar to those found at check-in.

# ENERGY CONSUMPTION

• Electricity consumption is included in the accommodation rate. However, we kindly request conscious use of all equipment, especially the air conditioning, which should remain on only when the room is occupied.

# PET INFORMATION

• We accept trained and well-behaved pets. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed upon prior confirmation.
• Large animals (over 25 kg) and pit bulls are not accepted, regardless of their size.

# CHECK-IN INFORMATION

• Parking: rotating parking spaces, with 08 spaces available in the condominium.

# PROPERTY ACCESS

• To grant access, a photo ID and a selfie of the reservation holder are required. Access information and passwords will be sent by our team.

# INSPECTION

• The property will be inspected by our operational team at check-in and check-out, generating a photo inventory attached to the reservation. The inspection may be carried out in person or remotely. The inventory may be requested by our team at any time after check-in. We recommend that guests review the photos to avoid any discrepancies.

# CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES AND PENALTIES

(We hope we won't need to apply any of them!)

• Failure to remove trash: R$ 50.00 per trash bin.
• Leaving the air conditioning on: R$ 60.00 per unit.
• Leaving the barbecue grill on: R$ 200.00.
• Smoking inside the apartment: R$ 200.00.
• Leaving dirty dishes in the sink (there is no need to dry or put them away): R$ 80.00.
• Wet linens or towels: please leave them hanging.

Important: Do not remove any equipment, decorative items, or linens from the apartment. If the property is left in unsuitable conditions, a fine and/or retention of the security deposit may apply.
