The 32m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and also has air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, private bathroom, balcony and an equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All this, with easy access to the main roads and in a perfect location for going to the center, bars and restaurants.

- The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
