• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen package includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.
