The building offers a reception, streamlined check-in and check-out, as well as one parking space per apartment. To receive the access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of all accompanying guests (full name and identification number) at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
