The 69 m² apartment at Mana Beach comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features a suite with a double bed, a twin room with two single beds, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchenette. • Check-in is available from 2:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.

• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;

• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The linen kit includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.

• Cleaning included is performed only at check-out. If extra cleaning is desired during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (which includes cleaning and linen replacement).

• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.

• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.

• Guests are responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.
