Featuring 4 suites, a spacious balcony, and integrated, beautifully decorated spaces, it provides comfort and convenience for up to 10 guests. • Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Kitchen: Fully equipped and functional, with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dining counter, cabinets, and essential everyday items.
• Suite 1 (upper floor – ocean front view): Boasting an incredible ocean view and access to the balcony, it has a double bed and a perfect atmosphere to wake up to coastal scenery.
• Suite 2 (upper floor – side sea view): Spacious and versatile, with 4 single beds (2 regular + 2 auxiliary), ideal for families or groups.
• Suite 3 (upper floor): Comfortable and well laid out, also with 4 single beds (2 regular + 2 auxiliary), ensuring practical accommodation.
• Suite 4 (lower floor): Cozy and private, with a double bed, ideal for more privacy.

Important notes:

• The plastic pool can be filled upon request and may occasionally be shared with other guests.

• There is currently a construction site next to the property, which may result in noise during working hours and slight traces in the outdoor areas.

• Up to 72 hours before check-in, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of other guests (full name and CPF). After submission, access instructions will be provided. The property has 3 parking spaces.
