Located on Armação Beach in a seafront building, Art Studio Salvador combines leisure and convenience in one of the best areas of the city. It is close to the Convention Center and near shopping and business centers. The condominium features a rooftop with a pool and stunning sea views, a gym, and complete social areas. The studio is modern, functional, and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, managed by Carpediem Homes.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a kitchen towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines incurred during the reservation.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays, making it temporarily unavailable for use. Access is restored on Tuesday.

• Integrated studio – A modern 30.77m² environment that accommodates up to 4 guests, with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a table with chair for meals or notebook use, a bedside table with outlets next to the bed, and a spacious wardrobe with a full-length mirror, perfectly balancing practicality and comfort.
• Kitchen – Equipped with cooktop, coffee machine, microwave, frost-free duplex refrigerator, sink, countertop, cabinets, as well as pots, dishes, and cutlery, ideal for preparing meals independently during your stay.
• Bathroom – Private, featuring a glass shower, mirror, and cabinet, ensuring everyday functionality.

Important notice: Due to construction work in the building, the balconies of some units will be temporarily closed during the week. The protective coverings are removed on weekends and replaced on Mondays.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
