Located on Armação Beach in a seafront building, this 36m² studio offers a permanent frontal sea view and a unique experience in Salvador. Close to the Convention Center, shopping areas, and business centers, it combines leisure and convenience. The condo features a rooftop with an infinity pool and panoramic view, gym, and modern common areas. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is managed by Carpediem Homes.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation - prior request is required;
• Bed linens are not changed during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, a linen change can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines that may be applied during the reservation.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable for use. Access is permitted again on Tuesday.

• Kitchen – Equipped with a cooktop, frost-free duplex refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, sink, cabinets, as well as pots, dishes, and cutlery; ideal for preparing practical meals during your stay.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
