Located on Armação Beach in a seafront building, Art Studio Salvador offers convenience and an excellent location, close to the Convention Center and shopping and business areas. The condominium features a rooftop with a pool and stunning sea views, a gym, and complete common areas. The 18m² studio is modern, functional, and ideal for up to 2 guests, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfort, and organization, managed by Carpediem Homes.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation, upon prior request;
• There is no change of bed linen during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, the linen can be replaced for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is carried out only at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable for use. It is reopened on Tuesday.

• Kitchen – Equipped with a cooktop, minibar, coffee machine, microwave, sink, cabinets, as well as pots, dishes, and cutlery, providing autonomy for day-to-day living.
• Bathroom – Private, with a glass shower enclosure, mirror, and cabinet, offering convenience and organization.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
