Studio at Art Studio Housi Salvador by Carpediem, located near the beach and about 600m from the Convention Center and Av. Tancredo Neves. The building offers a rooftop pool with sea view, gym, gourmet areas, sport bar, coliving, and modern infrastructure. The studio accommodates up to 2 guests, with a double bed, air conditioning, and an equipped kitchen, combining design, convenience, and an excellent location.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation, upon prior request;
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish, linen replacement can be requested for an additional fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or substitution during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable for use. It will be available again on Tuesday.

• Bathroom: with a glass shower box, mirror, and cabinet, functional and well-designed.
• Extra conveniences: intercom and bedside table with an outlet next to the bed, bringing even more convenience.

# Important notice: Due to construction in the building, the balconies of some units will be temporarily closed during the week. The protective covers are removed on weekends and put back in place on Mondays.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
