Located in Armação, near the Salvador Convention Center and facing the waterfront, Art Studio is surrounded by attractions such as Armação Beach, Parque dos Ventos, restaurants, kiosks, markets, and essential services. The building features an artistic concept and leisure areas including coworking, sport bar, fitness center, and gourmet spaces. The modern studio accommodates up to 2 guests and has a balcony with a partial sea view, equipped kitchen, and air conditioning.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested, subject to availability and additional charges.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• Bed linen is not changed during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. Linen changes can be requested for an extra fee, and the request must be made in advance.
• The included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest desires extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no possibility of rotation or replacement during the stay.
• The guest is responsible for following the condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines applied during the reservation.

• The Art Studio pool undergoes weekly maintenance on Mondays and is temporarily unavailable for use. It is available again on Tuesday.

• The building has a 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out and on-site rotating parking (there are no marked spaces and no reservations are possible). In order to receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the details of their companions (full name and CPF) up to 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
