Located on the seafront of Bessa Beach, Beach Haus is a modern, newly built development offering a rooftop pool with sea view, gym, coworking space, gourmet area, and 24-hour reception. The studio accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen bed and a double sofa bed, featuring Smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, and private bathroom. A comfortable and convenient option to enjoy the best of João Pessoa in a prime location.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request;
• Bedding is not changed during the stay. The linen set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If desired, linen replacement can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
• Included cleaning is performed only at check-out. If the guest requests extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged (includes cleaning and linen replacement).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, with no rotation or substitution allowed during the stay.
• Guests are responsible for following condominium and neighborhood rules, as well as for any fines imposed during the reservation.
