• Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation with prior request.
• We do not change bed linens during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and floor cloth. If you would like a linen change, it can be requested for an additional fee and with advance notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you wish for extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing may remain in the property, with no rotation or replacement during the stay.
• Guests must follow condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines charged during the reservation.
