• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

The apartment at the Villa Del Porto Building has 56m², can accommodate up to six (6) guests, has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony and also features a compact, fully equipped kitchen with an AirFryer to enhance your stay. All this with easy access to the main roads and in the perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.

72 hours before check-in, the guest must inform the arrival time and guest data (full name and CPF).
After that, access guidelines will be sent, with passwords for the concierge and apartment. Parking in the condominium is rotating and free. There is also the possibility of parking on the side street of the condominium.
