The 26 m² first floor apartment at Way Bossa has a spacious balcony and sleeps up to two (2) guests comfortably. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and an equipped kitchenette to complete your experience. Enjoy Bessa beach in a practical, cozy apartment designed just for you.

• The unit does not have a stove.

• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• We do not change bed linen during the stay. The linen includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it is possible to request it for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Cleaning is included only at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, there will be an additional charge (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not provided by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests indicated in the listing may stay in the property, without rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the condominium and neighborhood rules and are responsible for any fines issued during the reservation.

• Private terrace: Located on the ground floor, the spacious private terrace has a hammock, making it the perfect space to relax, enjoy outdoor moments, and benefit from more privacy during your stay.
• Equipped kitchen: A compact and functional kitchen with mini fridge, microwave, cabinets, toaster, as well as dishes and cutlery, offering practicality for preparing small meals during your stay.
• Bathroom: Modern bathroom with cabinet, mirror, and glass shower box, providing comfort and functionality for daily use.

• The building offers 24-hour reception, easy check-in/check-out, and on-site rotating parking (no assigned space and no possibility of reservation). To receive access instructions, guests must provide their arrival time and the full names and IDs of their companions at least 72 hours in advance. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, this information must be sent immediately after booking confirmation.
