• Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and additional payment.
• Small pets are allowed in the accommodation upon prior request.
• We do not provide bed linen changes during the stay. The set includes one bath towel per guest, one face towel per bathroom, bed sheets according to the number of guests, as well as a dish towel and a floor cloth. If you wish to change the linen, it can be requested with prior notice and an additional fee.
• Included cleaning is only provided at check-out. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, an additional fee will be charged (including cleaning and linen change).
• Breakfast is not included in the daily rate and is not offered by the accommodation.
• Visitors are not allowed. Only the maximum number of guests stated in the listing can stay at the property, with no rotation or substitution during the stay.
• Guests must follow the rules of the condominium and neighborhood, and are responsible for any fines applied during the reservation.

Up to 72 hours before check-in, the guest must provide the arrival time and the details of all guests (full name and identification number). After submitting this information, access instructions will be sent, including door codes and details about the parking space assigned to the apartment. If the reservation is made on the same day as check-in or less than 72 hours in advance, the information must be sent immediately after the reservation is confirmed.
