APARTMENT RULES - Subject to condominium fines

1. we remind you that your reservation is for a holiday apartment.

2. Check-in time after 2pm and check-out time until 10am. Outside these times, please check with our staff.

3. We don't have room service and we don't serve any kind of meal or breakfast. However, we can help with third-party recommendations.

4. We do not provide daily cleaning. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

5. Bed and bath linen available for guests (quantity according to booking). We do not change bed/bath linen. If you require this service, we can provide it. Prices on request.

6. The property has 01 (ONE) parking space.

7. Parties are not allowed in the property or in the condominium.

8. Respect the QUIET hours from 10pm to 8am, and no loud music is allowed during the day. Subject to a fine from the condominium.

9. VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN.

10. Pets are allowed.

11. No smoking inside the property. Subject to sanitation fine - R$ 1,000.00.

12. The maximum capacity of the property is 06 guests (including children)

- Children from 0 to 11 years old

- Adults aged 12 and over

13. PHOTOGRAPHIC ESSAYS with a professional camera are not allowed inside the condominium.

14. Gas is supplied by the property.

15. Water, toilet paper, detergent and loofah are only provided at check-in.

16. The condominium has an elevator.

17. The condominium does not have a restaurant.

18. It has a washing machine.

19. The areas for events, such as the Party Room, restaurant space and the like, are for the exclusive use of the owners and cannot be made available to tenants.

20. It is not permitted to put clothes out on the railings of balconies and windows, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

21. It is not permitted to decorate the balconies and windows, nor to move furniture from the area, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

22. The maximum speed for vehicles traveling within the condominium is 20KM/h, subject to a fine of R$ 500.00.

23. The property does not have a barbecue, but it does have an airfryer.

24. We use an electronic lock to access the property. The password is sent close to check-in time.

PEOPLE CAPACITY

The maximum capacity is 6 people and there is no possibility of adding more.

BED LAYOUT

Suite: queen bed + air conditioning

Bedroom: standard double bed + air conditioning

Living room: double sofa bed

NO PARTIES

As well as the maximum capacity of people, under no circumstances will parties, get-togethers, birthdays or any other type of event be allowed, and the management company may carry out an inspection without prior notice, ask you to leave the property and consider it a breach of contract without refunding the amount paid;

* Cleaning Fee - R$ 200,00

- The fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with the linen washed (bed and bath). On leaving, we ask that the property be delivered in a similar condition.

ENERGY CONSUMPTION - Use sparingly

Energy is already included in the price of accommodation, but we contribute to conscientious consumption, which is why we ask guests to only use air conditioning if they are in the room, and if it is really necessary to use it. So whenever you leave your home, check it.

INFORMATION ABOUT PETS

Your pet is accepted in this property as long as it is trained and has a calm demeanor. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our pet-friendly units. Here are some conditions: small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed if confirmed by our staff. Large animals are not allowed, i.e. those over 25 kilos and also the Pitbull breed regardless of size.

*Vehicles

All vehicles must be registered at the front gate.

The maximum speed allowed within the condominium is 10 km/h.

When parking, tires must be positioned over the concrete areas.

*Elevators

Each tower has two elevators: one social and one service elevator.

The service elevator is exclusively for transporting items (suitcases, bags, furniture, etc.).

It is forbidden to use the elevators while wet or wearing only swimwear (swim trunks, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits).

After using the pool, it is mandatory to dry off completely with a towel before moving through the indoor areas.

Pool users must use the service elevator exclusively when moving to other areas of the condominium (Articles 107, 108, and 109).

*Trash and Cleaning*

Apartment trash must be disposed of in the bins located on the first floor, after the emergency exit.

*Pets*

Pets are allowed in the condominium.

It is mandatory to collect pet waste using appropriate bags.

*Pool

Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

It is forbidden to eat or use glass or sharp objects (cups, bottles, glasses, etc.) near the pool area.

*Common Areas

Respect the operating hours of all common areas.

Preserve the property and assets of the condominium.

Spaces such as the Party Room, Livings, Pub Bar, Coworking, and Game Station are for the exclusive use of residents.

These spaces may not be lent or assigned to third parties, even with the authorization of a unit owner (Article 83).

**ATTENTION:** Visitors are not allowed, only the maximum number of guests permitted.

ATTENTION 2: No guest changes are allowed during the stay. Only the people registered at check-in may remain in the property.
